We believe in a simple and transparent pricing policy, what you see here is what you pay. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (no hidden extra’s). We charge for the complete job and NOT on a per visit basis.

There are, on occasions when it can be established that there is NO current rodent issue. This is generally established on the first visit when it is only necessary to advise clients about practical Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to solve the issue or on the second visit when camera footage is examined. In these circumstances I do not believe in charging my clients a full price and therefore will charge for a Site Visit(s) which is charged at £70 per visit.

Rats & Mice: £195 up to 4 visits, although additional visits beyond this are NOT generally charged.

Cockroaches: £80 first room, £25 each additional room that is infected. Minimum 2 visits. 

Fleas: Flea’s £80 for primary room, £30 per additional room affected. Price includes a second follow up visit approx. 4 weeks later (if necessary).

Ants: £70 minimum 2 visits.

Cloth Moths / Carpet Moths / Carpet Beetles: £80 first room, £30 each additional room that is infected. Minimum 2 visits.  

Wasp’s: £70 for the first nest and £35 for each additional nest if all are treated on the same day. On occasion a second treatment may be required that is NOT charged.

In addition to the above We do not charge a call out fee, this includes Bank Holidays, weekends and nights. We are more than happy to provide free advice over the telephone irrespective as to whether you choose our services or decide to go with another pest controller.
