We believe in a simple and transparent pricing policy, what you see here is what you pay. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (no hidden extra’s). We charge for the complete job and NOT on a per visit basis.

Proofing: Should a proofing issue be identified concerning the access and egress of pests, I am happy to give a free no obligation quote for that work.

Survey: All property visits will require an initial survey. This is in order to evaluate the extent of the problem and also to establish if indeed a problem does exist. This survey is charged at £50. HOWEVER, if it is subsequently determined by the survey that a problem does exist this survey fee will be deducted from your final bill.
